Whether you're treating yourself or entertaining guests, kimchi puts a new twist on classic finger foods. If you serve "Young" and "Aged" kimchi together, you'll have plenty to talk about. Our favorite is the cheese, crackers, apples and kimchi platter. The variations are endless: figs, omelets, pumpernickel, tortillas, grapes, cold cuts, salami, cucumbers... Pair with a dry red wine and a refreshing white wine.
