Refund policy

The products to be purchased from www.doctorkimchi.com are chilled foods with a limited shelf life. Without proper storage - especially if the cold chain is interrupted - they spoil and therefore can no longer be sold. Our fermented vegetables are products in the sense of § 312g II No.2 BGB, i.e. those that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.. For this reason, a right of withdrawal is excluded. In the event of cancellation of the customer's order before delivery of the ordered products, Doctor Kimchi entitled to withdrawal costs (cancellation fees) in the amount of 5€ (in words: five euros) to raise. This cancellation fee represents administrative and banking service costs as well as packaging costs already incurred.
