Another easy and robust workweek recipe. We cook it again and again and we never get bored of it. The combination of kimchi, tuna and noodles tastes great and only gets better with time. This recipe is great for meal prep - simply double or triple the portion and store in the fridge.

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients :
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Canned tuna (125 g)
  • Tomato sauce (one can)
  • 2 kimchi shots ( Doctor Kimchi Shots ) or 50 g kimchi ( Doctor Kimchi - Every Day Kimchi )
  • 120g pasta
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Cheese for sprinkling
Preparation :
  1. In a heated pan, add olive oil, carrots, celery and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes. In the meantime, boil the water for the pasta.
  2. Add tuna. Mix well and leave in the pan for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce and kimchi sauce (alternatively pure kimchi). Stir and simmer over low heat for approx. 7 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta.
  4. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle some cheese on top.
