Our Weekend Kimchi has matured for more than 3 months and contains more than 680 bacterial cultures.
Our premium product will delight you with its full-bodied umami taste. Try it with cheese, crackers and other favorite snacks, preferably topped off with a sip of dry wine.
Plant-based, vegan product. Naturally gluten-free, fat-free, low-sugar. Prepared without added sugar and fish sauce.

Every Day and Weekend Kimchi: Chinese cabbage (70%), winter radish (10%), carrots (8%), water, ginger, chili flakes, salt, spring onions, garlic.
Kimchi Shot: Kimchi juice from the above Kimchi ingredients.
Within Germany it usually takes 2-3 days for the order to arrive. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure kimchi doesn't get stuck in the mail over the weekend.

Kimchi should be stored straight out of the box and refrigerated. It can be kept there for several months after opening.
